Conservation status: Not threatened or endangered 

The short-billed corella is a white cockatoo native to Australia and New Guinea. They can be found amongst the arid deserts of central Australia and the eastern coastal plains but are not found in thick forests. These birds eat a variety of both wild and cultivated seeds, as well as enjoy feeding on lawn grasses in urban areas. These cockatoos are not currently of concern in regards to being a species under threat of extinction.
